Top quality diagnostic imaging practice

Melbourne and Australia received a further health boost today when Dental & Medical Diagnostic Imaging

became an accredited diagnostic imaging practice, recognising the quality and safety of their practice.

The practice has been awarded accreditation by Quality in Practice Pty Ltd (QIP), which is part of Australia’s

leading accreditation company managing programs for medical imaging, optometry, physiotherapy and

general practice accreditation.

QIP Chair - Dr John Aloizos, said "achieving accreditation demonstrates that the practice makes a significant

investment in quality on a day-to-day basis from the top down".

Accreditation is a major achievement and is a clear demonstration that Dental & Medical Diagnostic Imaging

is constantly striving to improve their level of service to their clients and the community

nother step towards excellence."

The QIP Accreditation framework is based on national standards that are set by the Commonwealth

Department of Health and Ageing.

Accreditation is a program that aims to provide a range of guarantees to clients by accrediting the

practice environment.

To achieve this endorsement, Dental & Medical Diagnostic Imaging has demonstrated that they

meet all standards set by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
